The Mission

75% of resumes are filtered out by ATS software before a human ever reads them. Many strong candidates are rejected purely because their resume wasn't formatted or worded in a way the software could parse.

Privacy Architecture

Before any text from your resume reaches the AI, a server-side PII stripper removes email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn/GitHub URLs, Aadhaar numbers, PAN cards, and physical addresses. The AI only sees professional content.

We log only anonymized telemetry — your score, grade, and role category — to measure product quality. No name, no contact info, no resume text is ever persisted. Your file is discarded immediately after parsing.
